Returns and Refunds accepts returns in the following cases:

  1. Manufacturing Defects: If the product has manufacturing defects, the customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the product (as indicated by the courier delivery status showing 'Delivered').
  2. Damaged or Soiled Products: If the product received is damaged or soiled, the customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the product (as indicated by the courier delivery status showing 'Delivered').

Upon receiving the photographs, our team will respond within 2 business days and will provide the customer with instructions to courier the product back to us. The customer should only courier the product after receiving our confirmation; any unauthorized couriers will not be our responsibility. The return address will be communicated to the customer once we accept the return process.

Once the product is couriered back to us, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as shipped. Wrinkled, used, once worn, wrongly folded, or soiled products will not qualify for a refund. Products, including Sarees and Dhotis, if worn or even tried on once, do not qualify for a return or refund. All items should be returned with the tags and printed documents that accompanied the purchase. Once our team receives the product and approves it for a refund, the amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account (details to be provided via email or WhatsApp) within 3-7 days of approval.

Replacements: If a replacement product is available, it will be shipped to the customer. A cash refund will only be issued if an exact replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
